With a strong journalism and media studies background, she has crafted compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.

Angela is married to Marcel Johnson and enjoys the frivolity of their two rambunctious sons. She is a proud Texas Longhorn, a Diamond Life member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and a past chair of Leadership San Antonio—Class 41. She has also served on the steering committees of Class 35 and 39 and participated in Class 30.
